Sadly, SierraVault has closed its doors. The good news is that the resources of SierraVault are still available. Ken Williams, has generously offered to host Andy's vast archive on Sierra Gamers, official site of Ken and Roberta Williams, co-founders of our favorite game company, Sierra Online. In return, Andy has taken on the duties of web master for Sierra Gamers and its forums. This marriage of the two sites should provide one of the net's largest resources of Sierra Online archive material and should revitalize the Sierra Gamers forums. Join the fun and become a member of the forums. You can ask Ken that question that you always wanted to. He may answer (between ports of call).

Thanks Collector for adjusting the links.

I apologize for the rapid departure of SierraVault from the world. My original plan was to leave it in place until the migration was fully complete but the entire site got ate up with a rather nasty virus that latched onto my sister's FTP access onto the webserver (she was uploading and hosting school material on her own subdomain) and ate everything. SierraVault, my wife's picture collection, my sister's school work.... and any of my visitor's computers.

I'll be working hard over at Sierra Gamers for quite a while to build the framework to hold the SierraVault material. In a lot of ways this is a chance for me to build SierraVault 3.0 and I think it's finally looking like the website I always wanted to build.

Come on over, register (again) and start leaving us your thoughts in the forums. Ken is in and around but from just the first couple of weeks of working I have figured out that he is one very busy guy. Running the Talkspot empire seems to be taking a lot of time and is is actually a very successful business. That being said, I've never seen him miss a post in the "Ask Ken Williams" section of the forums.

Andy
